Tim graduated from University of Nebraska Lincoln law school in May. I made him promise me that he is done with school...forever. He got a job in Los Angeles and is studying for the California bar this summer.
We moved from Lincoln, NE to Provo, UT for the summer before we move again to Los Angeles in August. We miss the friends we made in Lincoln. Being back in Utah made us realize that it is pretty cool to live outside Utah. Of course we missed our families, but we had a great time and are excited to spend lots of time on the sunny beaches of California.
We are having a baby! We found out today that it is a boy. He is due on October 28. I will deliver at Cedars Sinai Hospital, this is about as celebrity as I will ever get. This will be the fifth grandson for my parents (no girls yet.) And the seventh grandson and tenth grandchild for Tim's parents (given that I deliver after Mel.) Here is a glimpse of what our little guy is going to look like. I thought this picture was kind of crazy looking with the baby's eyes open. I am not posting the more revealing photo showing the gender, in case anyone is not interested in seeing it.

Yeah! I'm so excited for you! He'll be the cutest little boy! Also, congrats Tim and good luck on the bar! Glad to have you back in Utah for the summer!
CONGRATS--for a few different things:
1. updating your blog since Tim's molestache
2. Graduating and leaving Nebraska, I'm sure you'll miss your friends, but whatever it's not CA.
3. A Boy!!! I hope he likes older women. Camryn will be almost exactly 1 year older. Tim said Timothy Ryan Johnson is a great name, or just ryansmart as one full name.
4. This is for when Tim passes the bar, becomes employed and moved home (that's CA).

Um, excuse me...everyone is interested in seeing the gender showing photo!!! But, I guess that sorta freaky looking eye shot will have to do. I am very glad that you got some photos of the little guy so that I don't have to see the dirtstache any more though. Horray for the little boys. They are goign to have so much fun throwing dirt clods and rocks at each other in a few years.
will you name your son ken if its born on my birthday? you will love having a boy, i sure do. congrats and can we hang out?

I am so excited for you guys. And glad for the pictures...but we need more than one!!! :) And we need a belly shot too to let us know what your cute belly looks like. Congrats again! I am excited to hopefully see you when you come through town...it can't come fast enough. We miss you guys!

Yay! Congrats on your super exciting life...seriously, I am jealous you get to be out of Utah, it is totally a blessing being able to be away and on your own. I wish I was living in China still. And a little boy? So darling. I am so happy for you and it was great to see you at the mall a while back. you are as gorgeous as ever. Luv.
