He finally made it. After being 8 days past due (miserable), my doctor sent me to the hospital to be induced. After six hours of pitocin and contractions and the baby's heart beat lowering with each contraction, my doctor sent me to the OR for a c-section. Not exactly what I hoped for, but the baby was here an hour later. Baby Zac was born on November 6, 2009 at 1:03 am. He weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 inches long. He is doing well and looks just like his dad. I am having some pain and want to sleep for a week straight.

I hope you don't mind me blog-stalking you! I was talking to Goldie earlier and she told me you had your baby! I had to see for myself. He is so adorable!!
I had an emergency c-section with Charlotte, so I know what you're going through.In fact, I had her November 7th! Our babes are only 2 years apart and were welcomed into this world in the O.R.
Believe me, C-section is not what I had planned either! It was scary! You've made it though. Keep up on the Lortab and Motrin combo L9 those 800 mg pills are so fun to swallow. :)

He is absolutely gorgeous Katie and Tim! Seriously! Wow, what an amazing blessing. Sorry about the 8 days past due, and the c-section! Hopefully you recover soon! He is beautiful!

Oh Katie... I am so sorry things didn't go as well as hoped. I remember that feeling with Mya (only 4 days late and an emergency c-section later - not nearly as bad as yours), atleast you have the option of a c-section and planning the next time around :) He is gorgeous and I can't wait to see you guys soon! I'm with Goldie... post more pictures please! Oh and Tim good job too :) Love you guys!
Miniature Tim!!!! both 3 letter names--very appropriate and cool. Welcome to the world of nothing to blog about but your kid. Don't worry, we'll still read it. I love him, I love you guys. I bet that little c-section baby has the most perfect head. They are always the cutest babies + who wants to be in a labor more than you want to--take it from me, who sat in a 1972 pleather floral chair for 16 hours. C-section is not a bad thing. I'm sure it was bad for Erica too, but we all know I'm self centered.

I am so glad he is here! He is gorgeous...yes Timmy that means you are gorgeous too!! Love you guys and I wish I didn't understand the whole C-section thing..but I do. Next go around will be a lot better..I promise!!! I wish we were there so we could actually do something to help out!! Love you guys!!

Congrats!! He's a cutie! My sister had her baby on the 6th too! Then another girl in my ward had her baby on Sat, very popular time to have a baby.
he is such a cutie! so sorry katie things went the way they did for you.. we were in that same boat with brig, and with gray we opted for a repeat c-section rather than doing both again. good news is yes the second is better than the first:) anyway hope you recover well and find some sleep.. congrats again he is precious
i need to meet him. c-sections blow but i am glad he is here safe and sound.
